From sale to cash, on a single record.

ERP · Finance and sales

An assistant sets up the ERP from your CNPJ (company tax ID) and your industry: chart of accounts, documents and number series ready to go. Sales, finance, inventory and accounting talk to the CRM and to contracts.

What ERP does

Setup from your CNPJ

The assistant reads your CNPJ, suggests your business profile and builds the chart of accounts, documents and menu — you review before applying.

Sales

Quotes, orders and invoices, with price lists by customer, quantity tier and validity period.

Discount approval limits

Discount caps by role and approval when the limit is exceeded, with the margin in plain view.

Finance

Receivables and payables by installment, payment posting, aging and reconciliation against the bank statement.

Inventory and purchasing

Stock by warehouse, movements and purchases linked to the supplier.

Accounting

Journal entries, trial balance and generation of the ECD file from the ledger.

How it works

  1. The deal is won in the CRM — The customer becomes an ERP record, with their tax ID verified against the Federal Revenue Service.
  2. The order is issued — With the right price list and the discount within approval limits.
  3. The billing is generated — In installments, each with its own due date and payment posting.
  4. Cash is closed — The bank statement is reconciled and accounting receives the entries.

AI that helps classify and respond

AI handles the repetitive work, and a person makes the final call.

Differentiators

Sales and finance together

A CRM deal becomes an order and an invoice without retyping — and the rep can see whether the customer is up to date.

Contracts become billing

The obligations of a signed contract generate entries in finance, linked to the clause.

Money without rounding errors

Amounts calculated to the exact cent: installments always add up to the order total.

How it connects to the rest of the platform

Not yet available

We do not yet issue electronic invoices (NF-e) or boleto/Pix payments: tax document issuance depends on a provider and the company's digital certificate, and it is the module's next step.

Frequently asked questions

Does the ERP issue electronic invoices?

Not yet. Issuing NF-e depends on a tax provider and your company's digital certificate, and it is the module's next step. Today the ERP covers sales, finance, inventory, purchasing and accounting.

Can I migrate from another ERP?

Yes, via spreadsheet: customers, suppliers and products, with a row-by-row preview before saving. Direct sync with other ERPs on the market is under construction.

Does it work for any kind of company?

The launch covers services, retail and distribution, and professional firms. The assistant tells you when your industry doesn't have its own profile yet.

Can my accountant access it?

Yes, with an external accountant role for viewing and exporting.
