The process runs itself, and pauses where people are needed.
Nextflow · Process automation
Design the flow by dragging blocks: triggers, actions across modules, conditions and approvals. Forms, pages and site chat are built here — and every flow is simulated and reviewed before it goes live.
What Nextflow does
Visual builder
Triggers, actions, conditions, code and AI as connected blocks, with dozens of ready-made nodes.
Forms and pages
Branded public forms and simple pages that trigger the flow as soon as they're submitted.
Approvals
A step that waits for someone to approve — inside the platform, or via an email link for external approvers.
Simulate before publishing
Run the flow in simulation mode and see every step, without writing anything to the CRM.
Security review
A flow that starts touching sensitive data goes back for review before it keeps running.
Workspaces
Flows and credentials shared by the team: if someone leaves the company, the process keeps going.
How it works
- Something happens — A form is submitted, a deal changes stage, a scheduled time arrives or a message comes in.
- The flow decides — Conditions, lookups and AI choose the path.
- Actions run — Create a contact, open a ticket, send an email, call an API, generate a contract.
- People approve what matters — Discounts, contracts or exceptions wait for a person — then the flow continues.
AI inside the process, with guardrails
AI steps work alongside fixed rules and human approval.
- Build the flow by describing the process in plain language
- AI steps to classify, summarize and extract data
- Call an AI agent pipeline as a step in the flow
- Mandatory human approval wherever there is risk
Differentiators
Acts on the real modules
Actions write to the platform's own CRM, Service Desk and ERP — no connector needed for each one.
Validated before publishing
The flow is checked (loops, dangling steps, unsafe code) and can be simulated before it serves customers.
Team credentials, not personal ones
In a shared workspace, the connection belongs to the flow — the process doesn't stop when someone changes roles.
How it connects to the rest of the platform
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Flows are built with blocks. There's a code block for those who want it, and it runs isolated and with a time limit.
Can people outside the company approve?
Yes. Approval can go out by email, with a link and a code, to an approver who has no account on the platform.
What happens if I get a flow wrong?
Before publishing, the flow is validated and can be simulated. Once live, every run is logged step by step so you can see where it stopped.
Do forms carry my branding?
Yes. Color, background, corners and border are configurable, and the form is served at your public address.
